Fascera Release is a self-care massage tool. It isn’t a treatment for the cause of persistent pain, and it won’t hold your work up or fix how you see your stitches.
What it does is give you a warm, guided massage for the areas you can comfortably reach, after you set the project aside.
There are places it must not be used — the throat among them — and we print those on the product page rather than hide them in a manual.
